About
Led by Managing Partner & Beverage Director Nico Diaz and Culinary Director Natalie Maronski, the team brings together decades of experience across Philadelphia’s acclaimed hospitality scene. Diaz, a respected bartender and beverage creative known for his work at The Ranstead Room and The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co., has built a reputation for hospitality-driven cocktail programs rooted in classic technique, collaboration, and contemporary influences. Maronski, a Drexel-trained chef whose career includes nearly a decade with acclaimed restaurateur Jose Garces, draws inspiration from her Vietnamese heritage, global upbringing, and diverse culinary background spanning Peruvian, Spanish, Basque, Chinese, and New American cuisines. Together, they create approachable, ingredient-driven food and beverage experiences shaped by culture, creativity, and a deep connection to Philadelphia.
